Peanut Butter Honey BallsJust made these last night and I ate one before boot camp this morning... yum! They are so easy to make. (I am a huge fan of fewer ingredients.) Great nutritionals too!
Peanut Butter Honey Balls
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 cup uncooked oatmeal
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk
1/2 cup wheat germ (or oat bran- it's what I used)
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and roll into 1" balls. Refrigerate.
